About Speaker Cleaner

Speaker Cleaner started as a simple question: why should anyone install an ad-filled app to play a tone their phone can already produce? We rebuilt the water ejection idea as a fast, free, privacy-respecting web tool that works the moment the page loads.

Everything runs locally in your browser with the Web Audio API. The 165 Hz ejection sweep, the haptic pulse mode, the 60-second deep clean cycle, the tone generator and the channel tester are all synthesised on your device in real time.

Because nothing is recorded or transmitted, there is no audio upload, no server processing and no tracking of what you do with the tool.

We are a small independent team of audio and web engineers. Our goal is to keep the tool free forever and to keep the guidance honest — including telling you when a speaker cannot be saved by sound waves and needs a qualified technician.
