Speaker Cleaner is a self-help acoustic tool, not a repair service. Results depend on how much liquid entered the device, how long it stayed there and what the liquid was.

Sound waves can move loose water and loose particles out of a speaker grille. They cannot reverse corrosion, dissolve sugar or salt residue, reseat a torn diaphragm or fix a water-damaged logic board.

Always start at a moderate volume, keep the device away from your ear, and stop the cycle if you hear crackling or clipping. If sound has not returned after 24 hours of drying, take the device to a qualified technician.
